Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. We're here to help.
To request a replacement or refund, simply email us at info@riseandbe.comm.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.
All refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method.
